Viva Yachts UK

Our story starts in 1985 when the Millers, a Preston based yachting family established Preston
Marine Services Ltd, based at Preston Marina. www.prestonmarina.co.uk

We quickly became one of the busiest small yacht brokerages in the North of England, and with a
large population and close proximity to some fabulous sailing areas (the Lake District is less than
an hour away) trailer sailers soon became our specialty.

By 1999 we expanded our operation to include new boat sales, and founded a subsiduary
company, Shockwave, specifically for this purpose.

In 2003 we became the regional Dealers for the New Classic 700, a 7m lift keel sailing yacht also
from Poland, with which we enjoyed some success locally.

Later that same year we were presented with the opportunity to become the regional Dealers for
the Viva Yachts, which we offered along side the New Classic 700.

The Viva Yachts soon became our most popular product and by 2005 we took the decision to
concentrate exclusively on them.

In 2007 we became the sole UK importers for the Viva yachts.

After over 20 years in the marine sales and service industry, we look forward to meeting you and
helping you to take to the water with your new Viva Yacht.
